Alex graduated from Wright State University with his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2015 and his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2017. While completing his two engineering degrees, Alex discovered his passion for teaching while serving as a teaching assistant for engineering mathematics and programming courses. Engineering and education has led Alex to work on projects around the world from South America to Africa to Wright Patterson Air Force Base here in Ohio. Mr. Henz is excited to bring applications and experience into the math classroom by not only teaching mathematical concepts, but also applying them to the “real-world”. Alex is excited to present math in a way that fuels students’ desire to learn and explore the opportunities a strong math foundation can bring.
