Project TERRA
Overview
Goal: Create a representative "marble run" of the farm to table process.
Description: Integrating with Global Impact's focus on agbioscience, students performed background research on one stage of the farm to table process: from growing, harvesting, government regulation, marketing, consumption, to waste. From there, students did background research on "marble runs" as a way to inform and interest the public on these topics.
Students were given 1x1ft wooden squares to representatively construct their topic, when then passed through the entire process of farm to table.
