Buckeye Science & Engineering Fair
Today Jackson DeWitt presented his STEM fair project at the Buckeye Science & Engineering Fair! 95 students from across the state competed in the event that was hosted by the American Chemical Society. As a current high school junior, Jackson chose to investigate how native grass blends impacted the metal contaminants found in soil. This year, he worked alongside staff from MASI labs to create his testing procedures. MASI is a full-service, environmental laboratory that is Ohio EPA Certified. Thank you to the American Electric Power Foundation for their generous sponsorship of this exposition event. Great work Jackson!
