The Global Impact STEM Academy FFA Bike Team joined other riders this past weekend for the annual Young’s Ice Cream Charity Bike Tour, raising funds and awareness for four local causes while cycling for fitness, fun, and community impact.
The event, founded in 2002, unites cyclists of all ages and abilities to support the Alzheimer’s Association, T1D Breakthrough, South Community Behavioral Health, and United Rehabilitation Services. In addition to raising money for these impactful organizations.
This marks the second consecutive year of participation for the Global Impact FFA Chapter. Last year, the team raised about $1,200, and this year, they surpassed that mark with an impressive $1,485 in donations.

Together, the team completed 21 miles on the tour, pedaling with determination and enthusiasm for the charities they represented.

Their ride represents not only miles on the road but also meaningful contributions to organizations making a difference locally.”
