GISA Families - we sent out information for our suggested Summer math practice last week with report cards. This NOT intended to be a high stress activity, and we're hesitant to send out anything for our students to do over the summer except relax and have fun. However, we do feel strongly that it's important for students to keep certain skills sharp over the almost 3 months off. This work is designed to be done periodically throughout the summer. If you have any questions about this Summer math work, please let us know at info@gisaoh.org

There is some confusion about whether or not there is a Spirit Week next week. Next week is NOT Spirit Week. I repeat, there is NO Spirit Week next week. Sorry for the confusion.

Global Impact will be closed tomorrow, Monday, March 18, 2024. We are following SCSD as they monitor an investigation with the SPD. Springfield City School District made the decision to close schools out of an abundance of caution and due to our proximity, shared facilities, and the transportation of students, we have decided to do the same.

We are proceeding with normal operations (on time) this morning. We are aware that many districts in the area are delayed, thus making busses delayed. Rest assured, students who are late to school, because of district of residence delays, will not have that held against them. Parents, please notify us, as usual, if your student will be late or absent. Have a good day!

Next week is FFA Spirit Week! Enjoy the long weekend and prepare for the themes of the week!

IMPORTANT REMINDER - grade cards for incoming 7th graders (for the 24-25 school year) are due by 3pm tomorrow, 2/16/24 to hold the student's seat. Give us a call if you have any questions. You can email the grade card to records@gisaoh.org, FAX it to (937) 328-6655, or drop off a copy in the office.
