The College Board National Recognition Programs award academic honors to sophomores and juniors who take eligible administrations of AP®, PSAT/NMSQT®, or PSAT™ 10 exams, have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and identify as African American or Black, Hispanic or Latino, Indigenous or Native, or attend high school in a rural area or small town. We are having a Tree Dedication Ceremony for Osman Diaz and Taylor Haffner this Friday September 15th at 2:10, in front of the school. We want to invite anyone that wants to attend to be there this Friday.

GISA's FFA Mum Sale is in full swing. All orders are due by 3:30 PM Tuesday September 12 and mums will be delivered and available for pickup on Wednesday September 27 in the Ag Shop from 7:15 AM - 6:00 PM. The order form will also be in the Resources section of the app if the copy attached here doesn't work for you. Any question about the Mum Sale can be directed to Mrs. Sanders at rsanders@gisaoh.org
We are aware that MANY of you are wanting a second round of GISA Gear of the Year ordering. We are working on that, plus having other Spirit Wear available. We will roll that information out as soon as everything is finalized. Stay tuned!!
For Sophomores/Juniors interested in taking the PSAT on Wed., Oct. 11. The cost is $10.00 and must be paid by Friday, Sept. 15 along with your signup in the office. Students on free and reduced lunch will receive a waiver for the test, but still must sign up with Mrs. Moore in the office. This year the test is digital, so there will be no last minute sign ups.
